- Kessler Accounting does not sell your personal information. We do not disclose any nonpublic personal information about our clients or former clients to anyone, except as requested by our clients or as required by law.
- We only use personal information for defined, appropriate purposes. We provide monthly accounting services, payroll services, and tax planning and preparation. We restrict access to personal information concerning you, except to our employees who need such information in order to provide services to you. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations to guard your personal information. If services are prepared using married filing jointly status, both spouses are deemed to be clients of the firm under the terms of our Agreements. Both individuals acknowledge that there is no expectation of privacy from the other concerning our services in connection with the Agreement. We are liberty to share with either spouse, without prior consent of the other, documents, and other information concerning the services we provide.
